How to use CBD Capsules

Taking CBD gel capsules is simple, but doing it correctly helps you get the maximum benefit. Determine the Right Dosage: Start low and go slow—especially if you’re new to CBD. A common starting dose: 10–25 mg per capsule but our higher 50mg capsule is available if the reason for use (pain, anxiety, sleep, etc.) is severe.

Take With Food for Better Absorption: CBD is fat-soluble, so taking it with a fat-containing meal or snack increases absorption. This can increase bioavailability and make the effects stronger and longer lasting.

Swallow Like Any Capsule: Use water to swallow the gel capsule whole—no need to chew or open it. Take at the same time daily if using it as part of a regular health support routine (e.g., for anxiety, inflammation, or sleep). Give it time to work, onset time is typically 30 to 90 minutes (since it’s digested like food).
