Recommended Dosage for CBD Creams
Our CBD creams for joints come in a range of strengths, including 500mg, 1000mg and 2000mg. These are concentrations, not volume – each container holds 100ml of our soothing CBD cream.
CBD cream is sometimes referred to as ‘hemp cream’, however not all hemp cream contains CBD, the primary active ingredient, so it may have limited benefits for joint relief.

How to use our CBD cream
For a small area, such as the hand or wrist, a pea-sized amount is all you need. For larger areas, such as the back, you can increase the amount as needed, working it into the affected area.
The strength of the CBD cream will depend on the concentration you choose and will determine the CBD level your skin can absorb. If you find that you aren’t experiencing relief, try using a little more product, or choosing a higher strength.
