Directions For Use:

Pure CBD Oil 1500mg / 10ml sample size: Place the oil under the tongue and hold for 1 minute.

CBD Pulse Point Roller Baller with Essential Oils 30mg CBD / 10ml: Roll over pulse points to release the relaxing aromas.
