Directions For Use:
SleepWell CBD Oil 2000mg / 10ml: Place oil under the tongue up to 15 minutes before bedtime. Hold up to 1 minute before swallowing.
CBD Pillow Mist with Essential Oils 10mg CBD / 15ml: Mist your pillow before bed to allow your senses to unwind.
Storage: Store this product in a cool, dry place. Keep out of direct sunlight. Keep out of sight and reach of children. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mouth.

How to Use

SleepWell CBD Oil 2000mg / 10ml: Squeeze the top of the pipette to draw up the oil and measure the desired amount (e.g. 0.4ml). For best results place the oil under your tongue and hold it for one minute to absorb. Any remaining oil can be swallowed or washed down with water. Taking it sublingually allows faster absorption into the bloodstream and prevents loss through digestion.
Alternatively you can mix the oil into beverages like tea, coffee or smoothies for a more enjoyable experience. This method helps mask the taste but may cause a thin layer of oil to form if using higher amounts (e.g. 1ml), making sublingual use more effective.

CBD Pillow Mist with Essential Oils 10mg CBD / 15ml: Lightly spray the mist onto your pillow from around 12 inches away, five minutes before bedtime. Inhaling the calming aroma to ease transition into sleep and allow your senses to unwind.
